Martin previously worked at Apple as the Head of Pan Europe for iTunes, as part of a core executive team of 5 establishing iTunes Europe and later as an Executive Director and Board Member at The Walt Disney company. In 2011, he launched an award-winning, sustainable Peruvian restaurants company Ceviche Group and grew it to include a record label, art gallery, ingredients product company, with a supporting charity.  In this episode, he is here to share some valuable insights on sustainable business models, investing, and what's next for the ventures in the sustainability space.
